In cozy Moraira on the Costa Blanca, you will find our Casa Morena. With a central yet quiet location, Casa Morena is an excellent location to stay in extremely sunny Spain.
Our house consists of two floors of which only the top floor is rented out. On this floor there are three bedrooms, which makes the house is habitable for six people. There are two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. In addition, our house has a balcony and a naya on the south, both with sea views, making it in both summer and winter, a delightful stay.

Located by the pool, overlooking the sea, our house is situated in a prime location in the popular El Portet area. Nice and quiet and on only five minutes walking distance from restaurants, supermarket, sea and sand. The marina and the city center are easily accessible on foot.

To make the stay as pleasant as possible, our house is equipped with satellite TV, stereo, DVD, Wi-Fi (free) and air conditioning.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, induction hob, grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
In the storage room there is a washing machine, dryer and ironing board. Here you will also find an umbrella/parasol and pooltoys.
The house has plenty of parking space.
